Reno of small bathroom

We are considering renovating our small bathroom. We have changed to mains pressure hot water and now have a dampness problem/lots of water spray! As you can see from the picture - the plumbing is all along one wall, there is a vanity and a shower over the bath. Measures 1600 x 2310mm (+ skirting which is about 15mm) We would like some ideas/quotes as to what we could do. Our thoughts are: - Vanity & mirrored cabinet to right as you walk through door - Glassed off wet area after vanity - Shower on other side of glass from vanity (head and hand shower) - Receded shelf for shower - Fold down wooden seat - Bath under window sill - Probably some shelves/cupboards above bath/opposite shower - May need to move the heated towel rail slightly - Will need all new paint, flooring etc. - Considering underfloor heating Look forward to hearing your thoughts!
