Will need to gut and relay new floor in bathroom (as its rotton from leak) and wardrobe otherside of wall. Removing bath. Then install new vanity / basin and shower. Laying lino once installed. Floor area is 280 by 287mm. Asap as black mold and unsafe floor. Owner chronic asthmatic.
