Kitchen, bathroom and general renovation

We need a contractor/builder that will source the subcontractors and if we need consents etc. We need a contractor/builder that will be responsible for the whole job. Husband will do all the demolition and be a labourer. - New kitchen - New bathroom (Removal of wall between toilet and existing bathroom) - New sliding door between laundry and bathroom - New glass sliding door and replacement of an old glass sliding door off the lounge area - New aluminium windows - dining room, bedroom 1,2 & 3 - New sliding door for a walk-in wardrobe between bedroom 1 & 2 - New front door and trap door to basement - Archway to be completed Timeframe: 3mths - 4mths start time Dec 2021.
