Chimney lowering/removal of 3 chimney stacks

Ex-housing corporation, conjoined houses. Require lowering of 3 chimney stacks. One twin and two single stacks. Possibly considering total removal of one of the single stacks. Depending on easy and price. Will also be looking at other building work as well. (Including bathroom renovation and compliance with new rental standards.)
