Job description
I need to do a significant renovation on a large old villa; we are turning the house in to a specialised rental for the 60+ market. We will need bathroom repais, modernise the kitchen, full intenral paint and general repairs. Once complete, there are 3 x 1 bedroom units attached that need renovating (probably next year for this bit). I need a builder to oversee the project, provide practical solutions, and work to a limited budget.
