Bathroom/laundry reno
Job description
a 1947 state house with a rotten bathroom and black mould needing renovation. Currently separate bath and toilet to be combined. I want a wet floor shower with tiles and underfloor heating. Very small area of about 1.7m x 2.5m for both rooms. Will need insulation put in to the exterior wall. The two doors will be turned in to one with the other space to be filled in. If enough money in the budget, then next door laundry to be tiled, insulated, exterior door changed to an interior door and cupboards built. Exterior door filled in. To use old bathroom door for laundry. The wall between laundry and bathroom may need replacing due to rot and mould.

Due to his subcontractors adding mileage to their quotes, Abode only did the plans and permits for the job and referred me to a builder in my area. The plans were excellent and completed over the Xmas break. Strongly recommended.
