Kitchen repairs and renovation

1. Remove existing cabinets except for the ceiling hung room divider between kitchen and dining areas, and built-in pantry. 2. Strip front, side and rear walls back to frame, replace any mouldy framing. 3. Re-gib walls and ceiling to existing boundary, gib stopping as needed. 4. Install new flat pack L-shape kitchen bench kitset along outer wall under window, and new bench and cupboards on rear wall. 5. Fit Seratone splashback along kitchen outer wall, and behind stove in corner. 6. Plumbing, electrical and vinyl flooring to be handled separately.
