I noticed a leak again just 4 weeks after the initial repair, leading me to believe the root cause wasn't fully addressed. It seems the service relied solely on the posted job title for guidance, essentially requiring a layperson, to diagnose the issue and identify the necessary replacement parts. Unfortunately, there was no effort made by the tradesperson to investigate the problem further or suggest specific elements that needed replacing.

"There was 100% an effort made. We even offered to come out the next day and replace the mixer . You just didn’t want to pay for it. You believe we didn’t fix the initial problem which we did."
