Job description
Hi, I am looking to renovate our Bathroom that is situated on first floor of the house. The existing bathroom has a bath tub, a tiled shower cabinet and a vanity, half tiled wall. We are looking to: - Remove the bath tub and put a toilet pan - Remove the existing shower cabinet and its wall and build a new tiled shower cabinet with glass (1100mm x 1100mm) - Remove the Vanity and reinstall the existing Vanity after tiling - Remove existing floor tiles, do Floor waterproofing using Ardex membrane and solution and tiling, approx 6sqmt - Remove existing wall tiles, Put new gib where required and Full Wall tiling, approx 24sqmt with 600mm x 600mm tiles The project is approved by Auckland Council and must be performed by Licensed building practitioner, licensed plumber and licensed electrician. Copy of licenses, PS3 etc must be provided. Waterproofing should be done by licensed professional and certificate for waterproofing must be provided. The project is ready to kick off. If you are bidding for this proejct, you will need to provide builder, tiler, electrician, plumber and painter. You will act as a single point of contact for the job and organize the tradies around the job. Also, the job needs to be done in shortest possible time and should not get stuck due to unavailability of the tradies. Plumber will need to: ➢ Put New waste pipe for toilet ➢ Re-piping for the shower, toilet and vanity ➢ Installation old floor standing vanity ➢ Install new toilet pan ➢ Install all tap fittings Builder will need to: ➢ Put GIB fitting for bathroom wall ➢ Build recessed wall for shampoo in shower wall ➢ Install vanity mirror ➢ Drill the hole in bathroom wall for new waste pipe ➢ if required, builder will need to reinforce the Joists by adding new joists under the existing floor. For Tiler: ➢ Provide the waterproofing materials, tiling materials, equipments and levelers ➢ Waterproofing for shower, wall and floor ➢ Provide and Installation of frameless glass door shower ➢ Tile shower tray ➢ Tiling bathroom floor ➢ Tiling bathroom full wall Painting: ➢ Provide paint (Resene or equivalent) and painting equipments ➢ Paint in ceiling with anti-mould paint ➢ Paint window frame Electrical work: ➢ Provide wires and necessary equipments ➢ Install 2 new dual power points ➢ Install 2 new LED downlight in ceiling ➢ connection for LED light for vanity mirror ➢ Install existing 3in1 extracting fan and heater with a duct and vent ➢ Install existing heated towel rail and timer Materials that will be provided by us: 1. Floor Tiles 6.0 SQMT 2. Wall Tiles 24.0 SQMT 3. Rain Shower Mixer 4. Bidet and nozzle for toilet 5. Toilet Paper holder 6. P Trap Toilet Pan with Flush and flush water connector 7. Flexible Toilet Pan connector (if required) 8. LED Downlights 2 9. 3 in 1 Heater, Extractor and Fan All work needs to be carried out as per the engineers design. A copy of the document will be provided upon request by the bidder.

I recently had my bathroom renovated by Steve and his team, and I’m very happy with the results. Steve was great to work with - he was very communicative throughout the process and was accommodating to my requests. He also has a cool personality which made the experience more enjoyable. The electrician and plumber on his team were also very professional. Overall, I would highly recommend Steve and his team for any renovation work.
