Bedroom size 5m x 3.8 approx 1. Demolish hardboard ceiling and remove old insulation. 2. Inspect roof for leaks and wiring (when ceiling is open) 3. Remove hardboard and old insulation if any on walls. 4. Replace front window with smaller one 5. Remove medium back window. 6. Replace large window with smaller one. 7. Toilet window - decide to replace or fix. 8. Add white insulation and building paper to roof space and walls. 9. Repair outside cladding where windows were installed. 10. Gib ceiling and walls (plumber to install toilet and wash basin in toilet area) 11. Repair some floorboards. No time frame except once started you will need to stay until the job is completed.
