Remove / relocate bathroom

The current bathroom was moved into the houses third bedroom by the previous owner. We have applied for a building consent exemption to reinstate the location of the previous bathroom and add a new laundry area. There is a window that will need to be removed for the bathroom and an opening made in the wall to allow access to the new laundry area. I have attached existing / proposed floor plans for reference. In terms of timings, we expect the consent to be approved in the next couple of weeks. The house is unoccupied so building can commence quite quickly. We'd prefer to work with a builder that has availability within the next couple of months, but understand this isn't always possible.
