Builder Remove existing bath and shower Remove existing cavity slider and bathroom door Remove wall lining beside existing Toilet Remove tiles not required. Build in new wall as per plan Install wall lining to take new shower. Install insulation in all walls Cover over old skylight Install new door configuration as per plan. Install Vacancy locks on two doors. Install towel Rails There is plumbing and electrical work involved in this project. If you have these sub trades to hand can discuss inclusion in your quote.
