Willingness to work around your requirements. I would certainly recommend SV Ltd for construction works. Certainly not Painting. Extremely expensive and not the best level of finish. Paint drops on the floor leaving stain, no floor protection.

"This was an extensive reno job; overall Atish was happy. Costs were reasonable re the builders crack estimator; aspects of the job were added/changed by the client increasing cost and were communicated throughout. The issue of paint spots was never raised, I used drop cloths at all times; cleaned every 2 to 3 hours and end of day and when the client was unhappy took full ownership redoing at own cost. I pride myself on my work and customer service and hope Atish reconsiders his review"
