Removal of kitchen benchtop / Leveling

Hi there, I’m looking for a quote to remove my kitchen benchtop cleanly (ie protecting the cabinetry as I’m getting a new benchtop installed. I then also need the existing cabinetry to be checked to ensure it is level. Almost all of it is level but one section is not… I also need a plumber to switch wall mounted tap to a benchtop mounted one - in case you can do both jobs! Thanks, Matt
