Minor renovation of bathroom

My bathroom is starting to get a little bit run down and I would like some repairs and maintenance done. I would like the shower tapware replaced with a new one, and the handtowel ring moved to a more stable place in the wall and the existing hole mended. I would like a new vanity put in. The ventilation is poor and water runs down the walls when having a shower so I would like to replace the existing fan with something more suitable. Water pools on the floor and runs to the toilet so perhaps creating a drainage hole in the floor. The handle on the window needs to be replaced with a new one and I would like the light switches and plug socket changed to a white cover. Finally, water has got into the walls and bubbled the paint and it has started to peel away so I would like the walls repainted.
