Need a quote for the bank- followed by renovations of the following. * remove walls between the kitchen/dining/lounge ( have previously been told these are non load bearing). * gib walls where framing comes out * replace flooring between the 3 areas to one type (currently tiles, laminate, carpet) ( will include continuing the flooring down the hall and into the wash house) * remove and replace laundry tub * make bay window in kitchen weather proof * replace back steps & potentially part of the front steps Really needs someone to come and have a look to quote job. So to best understand the space. Only available after evenings and weekends this week. Next week more flexible. Time frame looking to complete by end of March/early April. Will need to submit quote to bank to free up money, once in start asap.
