Kitchen renovation

I am attaching the current kitchen configuration. I would like to: 1) install a ducted range hood 2) change the sink from a double (with insinkerator) to a big single sink. 3) Install a splash back 4) Change the flooring from lino to vinyl planks 5) change the counter layout, if you can show me a good but not expensive design I would like you to show me a proposed layout and estimated cost.
