Functional laundry and pantry combo

Create a u shaped bench top with open cupboards floor to ceiling. Pocket door and wall up another existing door. Tile the floor and install a drain (easy acess under the house) laundry sink incorporated into the corner of the bench top that is hooked into the washer dryer combo under the bench. Happy to demo ourselves as I'm great at breaking things just not good at putting them back together! Have included shots of what we have now and what we're looking at for after.
