Laundry renovation

I would like to relocate my laundry to my garage that's stand alone. I need mains water connection and a drain for the washer to be installed. The connecting points are close by probably in 5-10m range. I want the work done with proper approvals from council if needed. I live in a unit house, so may have to deal with body corporate as well. Would prefer someone who is reliable and backs their work with a guarantee for their workmanship. Thank you.
