Very small ensuite bathroom

We have a small study nook in a bedroom we would like to put a shower/sink/toilet into. Preferably tiled floor and open plan shower. Also it may have to have an underfloor pump (wood floor is about 1m above ground) so someone with experience in this could be good. No hurry on the project. Firstly after initial quotes and ideas but we are ready to proceed when we have these. The room is 2.5x1.27m currently but there may be opportunity to make this a bit bigger by going into an understairs area. We would look to have the toilet cistern built into the wall. We have a second potential larger area for this room under a deck but this would be a more significant renovation requiring adding a room on to the house. We also have additional renovations in mind.
