The downstairs basement is flooding regularly during heavy rain. The work required to fix is drainlaying, waterproofing, membraning, possibly foundational work and depending on how serious the damage is on the basement due to moisture, a rebuild of the downstairs basement. Not entirely sure, but I need this issue fixed up ASAP.
