Adding ensuite to master bedroom

I'm considering adding an ensuite to a master bedroom within the existing bedroom or doing an addition on to the house. The addition could be to the second floor (above the main floor bathroom) or further developing underneath the house. Time frame is flexible but ideally within the next 6months. I need to get a quote that includes all the required work including plumbing and electrical.
