Bathroom Renovation

Recently moved back to my family home and wanting to renovate but unsure where to go and where to start. Not sure how big the space is. But would like to take out a wall and join the bathroom and toilet into one space. Not sure if this is possible. Happy for ideas/suggestions. Doesn't have to be fancy - just clean and easy. I want floors tiled, will buy a new bath, shower, toilet and vanity so just need ideas on how to best layout. Possibly need a fan in here as it's prone to getting mould - aswell as changing the windows?
