kitchen backsplash tile work

We have a brand new kitchen with a blue glass splash back that we would like to change to small mosaic white subway tiles ( 45x95mm) Photo 1 with blue being the current kitchen, photo 2 is to show the style of work we'd like done. The tiles comes in a sheet of 300x300mm, please see the link below --- / --- /d-home-site-wwwroot-app_data-temp-html5upload-4-45x95-white-glossy.jpg but they will need to be cut into strips so the subway style can be created. We understand it's more work having to cut them into strips so are you able to provide 2 quotes one with the tiles straight on a sheet and one with them alternating like photo2. I have below a few measurements to give an indication of the size of the walls. Please also see photo attached. wall 1 above the sink 710x2510mm ( from bench to the bottom shelve), wall 2 above the stove and a little bit below the window 710x2480mm, wall 3 is in the butler's kitchen 200x1685mm. Total sqm is about 3.7square meters including the butler's kitchen. Jobs that needs done. 1. Removal of the glass panels 2. New tile work for the kitchen walls as well as a small wall in the butler's kitchen. ( 2 quotes needed, one for straight off the sheet, one quote included cutting individual tiles off the sheets)
