Job description
Bathroom and and separate toilet renovation. Bathroom: Bathroom is about 7 square meters. Remove carpet. Remove all fixtures. Remove Current tiles from 2 walls. Remove current vanity. Waterproof walls and floor as necessary. Tile all 4 walls - floor to ceiling. Install new taps - bath and vanity. Install new in bath shower head. Install in bath shower plash panel. Install all fixtures and mirror. Tile floor Separate Toilet About 2.5 square meters Remove carpet. Tile floor. All tiles, fittings and fixtures has already been purchased.

Building work performed by SV Limited; Plumbing and Tiling done by independent contractors. Project managed by SV Limited. Really nice to deal with James. He kept me informed on progress, delays and any additional costs but even with delays the project was completed within the quoted time frame. Project cost came in on budget. Will definitely use SV Limited again for any future renovations
