Carpenter to help replace 28A Divich Avenue's 3 Toilets 1WHB and 1Laundry Tub .

Firstly, on Levels 3 and 4 and following removal of 2x existing WC's by Plumber, Carpenter where necessary opens minimally to provide noggins in Level 3 and Level 4 walls for 2x new WC cold feed plumbing connections. Then close up and make good so that Vinyl Flooring by others on same levels 3 and 4 can be removed, prepared and a vinyl surface laid and their new WCs fitted and turned into use. Secondly, following Levels 3 and 4, this is then repeated on Levels 1 and 2 with the removal of 1x existing WC and 1x WHB on Level 2 by Plumber for Carpenter where necessary to again open minimally to provide a noggin for Level 2's WC cold feed and its WHB's hot and cold feed plumbing connections if necessary. Then both are made good and its flooring similarly taken up - surface prepared and Vinyl Surface laid. Finally, a new laundry tub is fitted after removal of existing tub and laying of its Vinyl Flooring. Carpenter advised not necessarily order above but additionally advised there may be a new kitchen install for opening up and making good work middle of February 25.
