Fixing leakage in bathroom

Hi, We have a minor leak from our shower cubicle (photos attached). Probably the grout needs to be replaced. Might also need silicone replacement in the shower. We have two other bathrooms with no visible issues but would also like to have the showers in those checked to avoid any foreseeable problems.

Alban was very punctual, identified the issue we had and gave us a reasonable quote. He completed the work on time, as he had indicated. His communication was great and always kept us updated. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
