Uninstall kitchen ready for transport

We have a kitchen and island bench that needs to be carefully dismantled ready for transport to its new location. The island has garnet waterfall sides and is approx 2.9/3 metres long. The back part of the kitchen is approx 5 meters long with upper and lower cabinets We have a very short time frame for this to happen it has to be done between 8am and 4 pm on Wednesday 9/10/24 or Thursday --- or Friday ---
