Repair and paint all ceilings, walls and window frames 3. Healthy homes work (top up insulation in ceiling to healthy homes standard, install underfloor insulation, draught stop all windows) 4. All new electrical cabling and fittings 5. Quote separate - New kitchen 6. quote separate - Reno bathroom and toilet. 7. Remove all material and leave in clean and tidy condition ready for tenants. Looking for a quote, availability and approximate time to complete all work. The house is a rental property and need good quality but rental standard flooring and fittings. Can arrange contact with property Manager to coordinate access. Regards
