General structural changes for renovation and stairwell

We will be placing some internal stairs into our established home and require a stair well to be made. The location has not had stairs before so cutting of current floor joists and their support will be required. We are also opening up a wall and support beam will need to be placed. Plans and consents have already been obtained.
