Interior Wall Changes & New Doors

Please can you advise an approx. cost to remove walls as per attached existing plan & put in new ones & new doors as per new plan. The doors would only need to be plan wooden hollow core I would think although one of the 900 wide is a semi exterior door to a conservatory so may need to be heavier. Walls only need to be finished to gib, we can do the plastering & finishing etc. We will be doing all the fitting of the bathroom & cupboard internals, so just really the shell for the construction. Also if you can include price for plumber/gas fitter to get the water supply to the appropriate place – note we need a new line direct from the gas unit so as to run two showers at one time.
