install shower slider/mixer, bathroom vanity, fix leaking toilet

1) currently have combined bath/shower - want to replace with slider/mixer with flexi hose head 2) replace old bathroom sink with new vanity 3) fix leaking toilet, stink urine smell, can it be sealed or does it need replacing. Note; I will purchase shower slider/mixer and vanity, only require labour quote to install, connect plumbing etc
