House Reno - removal of walls

We are taking out two walls in our house, one is load bearing so a beam needs to be put up. Plans and consent has been sent to council. Also, need a big wooden window moved along the exterior wall to allow space for a new kitchen to go in. The house is an 60s state house, weatherboard, wooden joinery and flooring.
