Replacing fixtures in bathroom and ensuite in the same places

Hi, We are wanting to replace the shower, bath, toilet and vanity in our bathroom as well as shower, toilet and vanity in our en suite (although not at the same time as we will use one while the other is being repaired). All of the fixtures will be staying in the same places we are just replacing them with more modern versions as the current ones are the originals in our 1970's home. Neither of the showers will be tiled. In the bathroom it will be a corner unit and the en suite it will be a three walled unit to fit in the existing space. We are thinking about doing the walls and flooring ourselves. Thanks, Miranda
