Jack of all trades handy man needed. This job would be ideal for a semi-retired person. Jobs include plastering, painting, gardening (lawns are very high), laying of carpet/vinyl etc. throughout the entire house. Thoroughly cleaned on completion as house will be going on the market. $1000 in the hand per week. Would need a finished quote before work starts. All materials and other certified trades required will be additional.
