Bathroom upgrade

I'm replacing essentially like for like in my bathroom. Vanity to come out and new one installed, inset bath removed and replaced with new fittings and bath taps relocated to side . Lining around bath and behind vanity installed (yet to determine which lining). Likely some floor board or wall repairs depending on if/how far water has got behind existing linings. I will do other wall finishing (sanding, painting). Looking to do mid to late January.
