Bathroom renovation

Bathroom: Install free-issued vanity, bath, shower over bath and associated new plumbing. Toilet: Install free-issued toilet pan/cistern, hand basin and associated new plumbing. En-suite: Install free-issued vanity, in-floor shower tray, shower over bath, toilet pan/cistern and associated new plumbing. I will remove the old items myself. I will also do the tiling/painting myself. Ideally we want this done over the Christmas break but are open to alternative timeframes.
