Renovation of the existing old bathroom

1. To install a new covered shower (at the moment no covered shower there) 2. to add another toilet in the same bathroom with a separator in between 3. At the moment one commode is there in the same bathroom 4. to add one usual vanity and one small vanity in the same bathroom.
