Kahui Ave Bathroom Reno

I would like the floor replaced as it has rotted through (made of the weetbix material). There is a shower over a bathtub. I no longer want a bathtub just a place to shower , a bathroom that an elderly person can walk into with their walking aid if need be, so I picture a bathroom with only a shower and a vanity , fully waterproofed. Can you help me. I have also noticed that the rot from the bathroom has gone through to the adjoining bedroom so that would have to be fixed (not a big area) too. If this could be done asap would be great if not then within the next 2 weeks would be great (before the 21st of April to be exact would be great). Next to the bathroom there is the toilet room. The floor has also rotted in there because of an unseen leak (weetbix type flooring). We had the leak seen to upon discovery, however the floor is now badly warped. I would like that floor replaced with wood too. I hope you can help me.
