Kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations (install tiling on walls, bath tub and shower head over bath tub, new fittings, plumbing and electrical), new room (install new framing, new wall linings, plaster, Demolition of load bearing wall iincluding new structural beam including consent), take out wall dividing kitchen and lounge, install flat pack kitchen, change water system from power to gas, install lino floors in kitchen and all rooms ( x 3 bedrooms including lounge), install wardrobes and flatpack storage in bedrooms, install LED lights, in kitchen and bedrooms.
