Big Window Renovation

We have a large window and door beneath (about 4.5m high and 1.9m wide) with Aluminium Joinery and adjacent to this a Garden window over the Kitchen bench. Both have rot problems surrounding them including structural timber. We need a design and repair plan and the job permitted and undertaken.
