Increasing the size of our Kitchen and Bathroom area as well as building a new internal access 3 car garage. Overall increase of aprox 1 metre added on west side of kitchen area and 1metre along the complete front of house. Total redesign of kitchen bathroom and storage areas.. Plumbing and Electrical work will include the fitting of a new Rinnai Infinity 26(I think) with 3 wall controllers, 2 showers, Bath, 2 vamity's and tap ware to fit.
