Bathroom Renovation and Repairs.

Ideally available to do work late October. Remove leaky shower and repair and make good floor substrate (strand board). Replace current drop in bath with new drop in bath and install shower over bath (new water connection). Waterproof and tile walls and base to shower/bath only (new shower mixer/head and bath spout). Install new vanity, mixer and spouting. Install new heated towel rail.
