We want to partition off one end of a bedroom in a small 1970s building (ex-garage/shed) and put a new bathroom in. Have building consent for a small bathroom with exterior door, internal door (cavity slider), shower, vanity and toilet. We have a good electrician on the island, and a good plumber; or you can provide your own. Probably just a lined shower, as no tiles, given the cavity slider. We have building consent,so can send plans. The building is not grand, so more interested in good solid work, but not luxury, at a fair price.
