shower replacement in tka

We need someone to replace our falling apart --- shower with a new --- RH shower. There is space for it to fit and we already have the new shower on site with the waste in the same spot as the current shower. We need this done asap as we did have someones up to do it back in early April but it's now July and not getting any response. The walls behind the shower are already jibbed so just need to maybe take a small area out to put some blocks in where the 1200 side ends for fixing. The builder would also be our preferred person to deal with the plumber as well.
