Interior Renovations

Extensive interior renovation of 2-story 1910 Villa. Upstairs: Move bathroom and return current bathroom to bedroom, replace single glaze aluminium windows in bedroom with new double glazed timber windows; Construct WIR in two bedrooms, Install access hatch into hall ceiling. Downstairs: Create master-suite by joining two current bedrooms, remove downstairs bathroom and replace with guest WC, and laundry, remove current laundry, reconfiguration of lounge by adding new entrance doors and removing current doors, add period fireplace (non-working), remove lowered ceiling in kitchen and replace with raked ceiling. We would need the upstairs work to be completed first before the downstairs work.
