Building Remove existing enclosed shower, spa bath, toilet and vanity from upstairs ensuite bathroom. Extend cavity space by rebuilding an existing wall in the bedroom space to install larger shower unit (shower unit already purchased). Install replacement vanity (already purchased) Install ceiling across existing exposed beam ceiling. Insulate with nzfoam. Replace existing bathroom door. Plumbing Install basin and tap (already purchased) to vanity. Replace toilet (not yet purchased as requiring advice as to specs) Replace shower waste/shower head/mixer (already purchased). Electrical Remove existing heater and wall lights. Install wall heater, heated towel rail, ceiling downlights and wall mirror light. Relocate existing ceiling light switch when shower wall extended.
