2 Unit reno's/repairs

Hi team, I have two vacant units out of six on 170 Evans St, which need to some renovations/repairs. There is a bit of work to be done for example: Ceiling, some damage. Toilet wall and ceiling - some mould. All window frames have some cracks and gaps - will need to touch up and fix Moisture Barrier - (under house there will be DPM on the ground that have to cover all edge but that houses not covered edge) Carpet replaced (if needed) Any cosmetic renovations required to get the property up to standard. There may be more work, I will provide the building inspection for more detail.
