Recreate two floor-to-ceiling back-to-back wardrobes

Job description

General Renovations
Timaru

We want to completely recreate two floor-to-ceiling wardrobes (1 in hallway, 1 in bedroom) which are back to back. The former owners of this double-brick house destroyed the 'ceiling' above the bedroom wardrobe (when you open the upper wardrobe doors on the bedroom wardrobe you can see all the way up to the roof tiles...), presumably to make space to change out the tank under the roof for water pressure (i.e. to get the old metal tank out and to put a new plastic one up instead). This means a couple of 4x2 joists need replacing (ideally bolted into place, for future proofing in case something large needs to go up again!). Then when you destroy and remove the two back-to-back wardrobes, you'd want to frame it out, gib it, create man-holes (1 above bedroom wardrobe for attic access, and a floor man-hole giving below-floor access at bottom of each wardrobe) and then put in shelving, clothing rails and upper and lower wardrobe doors, including necessary painting work, and replacing any existing surrounds necessarily damaged during the work. I estimate it's a 2-3 day job for the right people.
