Bathroom Renovation- Small 70’s bathroom

We are looking to renovate our 70’s bathroom this winter (I.e. not urgently) Proposed Scope: Remove shower, sink, wall beside shower and old plastic wall-lining. (We can remove the bath) Move shower plumbing (minor works only here) Block off bath plumbing Re-gib/waterproof Remove swing door Hang sliding barn door Install new shower (kit set --- ) Install new sink (wall-hanging 750 wide) Install new lino (see below) Remove existing toilet Replace with new toilet Potential variations depending on your thoughts: Install wall plug near sink Flooring supplier to install lino instead. Lino install for hall, toilet and kitchen as well. We can supply all major items (shower, sink, door etc.), unless you have a strong preference to supply these. Excluded from scope: Painting Removal of bath Laundry tub and bench replacement No changes to lighting/ventilation
